That was a beautiful experience. I was nervous and unsure at first but I saw a beautiful forest with a stunning waterfall, a mountain, hummingbirds, golden butterflies and purple flowers. Instead of being pitch black darkness... Then a soft lavender and blue sky revealed itself and I felt peace.

This was beautiful for me, I was in this birch forest with yellow leaves. It was sunny and I could see the shade from the trees and could feel the blades of grass under my feet. There was also a stream that forked into two. Very cool

Love the music and your calm voice but I was bothered by two aspects~1 being the mention of looking 100, 10,00, and 10,000 feet. I have a math learning disability and measurements are meaningless and actually shatter the calm and creates pain and anxiety for me. Also suggesting what animals might be seen~especially snakes creates fear and anxiety! Would be helpful to allow the meditative state guide what animals one sees and perhaps use land posts like a brook, rock, knoll, or shaded path instead of measurements would be more conducive to staying in a meditative flow. Please know I am stating my experience and in no way mean to criticize~only trying to be helpful with empathy and honest compassion.
