With the magic of yeast being to consume the carbohydrates and sugars and produce alcohol, I assume the feed is very low carb. Since huge numbers of people are trying to eat low carb, have you looked at producing low carb human food? I think Buffalo Trace low carb protein bars might be wildly popular.
