Because of the rarity and cost of pappy, and the great number of people who will most likely never taste it… As an expert, how close is the poor man’s pappy recipe? And any tips on getting closer?

I’m at 19:00 minutes in and they finally start mixing liquids and we don’t get a darn explication of what she was mixing together. Just haphazardly tosses stuff into a jar and pours it into glasses?? What was all of that? Plus Emily hasn’t said much at all into almost 15 minutes into the video. I’m a tad frustrated with this video at the moment…..
