Expat in the Philippines - Puerto Princesa beaches

A tour/review around the two beaches located within Puerto Princesa - Palawan. Our first stop is at BM Beach located close to Robinson's Mall followed up by a trip to Pristine Beach.

I made the trip up to El Nido when I was there several years ago. They had a nice beach looking out to a picturesque bay. Looked fantastic! Downside was there was an open sewer going out to the water. Unbelievable!

Thanks so much... yes she is very good at which make is easy on me , ha ha. She has a college education and spent some time as a caregiver for an American which is were I think she picked up some of those English skills :)

Good morning, 1st 5 min. was fabulous with the new microphone/camera. Yet the 2nd portion of video diminished significantly in regards to audio. Quite interesting places there. None really looked like a very good place for swimming. Maybe that was just my interpretation of the video. But it would be cool to have a cottage right on the water as the tide came in under you.

It is a better mic, but I didn't really have any issues with the old one... Volume was better on the new... I just adjusted my volume higher on the old one.... Make sure to keep it for a back-up.... I was surprised, the beaches there at Puerto Princesa are kind of cruddy... The facilities were OK, but the water, and the beach itself were not very desirable.... I guess seeing the vid's from El Nido, and Coron will make for a disappointment... Just my opinion... Thanks....

Well such as you ask, the new mic is a step up from the old mic but not great sounding maybe you need to be closer to it. The video was very good and thanks for the info on those beaches.

Puerto Princesa bro...(intro)......but I agree with you...not that great for swimming and a little pricey at Pristine Beach...There is another beach around the Irawan area that is a little nicer...I have heard from some locals...we should go try to find it sometime...

Robert B - You can click on the Suits to Shorts link (just above the subscribe button), then click on "Videos". I believe the default sort order is "Date added (newest)" but you can change that with the drop down menu and put them in the order that's best for you.
