Expectations vs Reality - WoW Classic Hardcore

Hardcore WoW is here, and with it, the Hardcore Heroes! Through fire and shadow they pass, never shirking danger, never abandoning a comrade in need, paragons of all it means to be a hero!
Or something.
With the recent launch of the Hardcore WoW, I had to make a video about it! I hope you've all been having fun trying it out, and it's certainly produced lots of unique content already!

I feel like they are overtuned for their area, they feel more like lvl 20+ mobs with their damage.

I love how despite using the old models, they are 10000x more expressive than any modern wow ingame cutscene animations or player models.

I'm pretty sure its all due to the eye work. Most of the npcs were even wearing masks and they were wonderfully expressive. Its very detailed in how the eyes and eyebrows move. I think Gorak has mastered using the eyes of his models to express themselves due to the limitations of the models and the lack of voicework. I absolutely loved the side eye the Pillager made when doing his pose. If the eyes were off that pose would have been very awkward but it came off as showy and teasing due to how he angled it.

No, they not. Old models can mainly show expressions with eyes, and author know it. If you compare two models, old and new from one animator, which can work with both of them, you will be wrong, every time.
