I grew up in Arp and graduated from there in the 80's. Most folks knew an oil refinery was there once but many had no idea where. The refinery was located just a little ways from Baker tank company and many old folks use to talk about the sights and sounds near by both. I am so glad you found a picture of the refinery, I always wondered what it looked like in its heyday. Great Episode.
