The Points for Buildings are counted at the End of the Game and not during.

In solo mode, military strength don't give you any points. So no 4VPs at game end.

At 7:25, Richard upgraded his building power, but didn't add his 2 bonus points like it says on the upgrade card.

There is a rule error with the setup: in solo mode you only draw 7 bonus tiles and distribute them according to the normal rules. (rules: page 4 paragraph 3)
