There was one interview with Jay Statham about this and he told the story from his own side, as the affected victim / drowning man Somehow he find out that Sly has filmed him ( instead to help) It was very very funny as he talked about I still remember how he gave a punch to his head, because he couldn't understand, how it was possible, that Sly was filming while he went down
