Try 2 almost fully ground poopshrooms, watering the first one on the first bend Edit: how do you get the cost of ingredients?

I love your recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but you were able to use poopshrooms, and that is something I haven't been able to do. I did the prices manually. I had a Word doc and every time the merchants came in I wrote down the prices they had for the ingredients until I had all of the sale and regular prices. I recommend waiting to do it until you have everything leveled up though, since the prices change. Thanks for your comments by the way! I really appreciate the feedback

@@Rhapsody116 No worries, I think I'll be sticking around. This channel is great, I was curious if somebody was a similar nerd to myself in this game lol and it's so nice to meet you! And about the prices, I was curious about baseline cost of ingredients that is independent of your level and I've been wondering if you got that from somewhere. I know you can get baseline cost of potions when you sell them to merchants and was curious if it goes the same for ex. selling ingredients to the alchemist.

Aw thanks! I agree, it's really nice to be around fellow optimization nerds. Have you joined the discord? There are a lot of us there. It's a great community. I also recommend translating the Russian comments on my videos if you run into them bc that user has really good recipes too

* Remembering that you asked a question * I'm not sure about that, I never rlly looked into it. No matter what the base prices are, merchants will buy them back for less since they don't need them. So their buy back prices will be lower than the base cost. I'm guessing you could find out the base cost by starting a new save and finding the info there. Then you just calculate the multipliers for each level and you have them all. Maybe? Math and computer stuff aren't my strengths. Multipliers are only based on popularity level right? The other stuff only determines frequency of merchants, variety of goods, and frequency of sales? Oh wait, you said Alchemist. Wait, do the prices change selling them to the Alchemist vs. the merchants? I never checked

@@Rhapsody116 I didn't check between merchants and alchemist, just assumed that if he doesn't sell any ingredients he might not have any discounted/raised prices so maybe the base prices are also the most unaffected? I'm looking for constants if you will ;) Prices of potions and ingredients from to-be-sold-by-me to sold-and-in-merchants-possession change so that merchants get the prices 4x higher than the cost on your side, or that's at least what I witnessed
