I get my pills from CVS and their labels have my name, my address, my doctor's name, the pharmacy's address, and of course the pill name/dosage. The lettering for the addresses is small enough that it shouldn't be legible, but even so, better safe than sorry. Also, you wouldn't need to make sleeves/cozies, you could just bedazzle the old pill bottles and pour the refills in each month. I'm contemplating doing some of mine, haha
