There is a often a lot of movement happening in each scene so I think the 60fps creates a smoother and more fluid experience for the viewer.

Walking and bicycles are their main mode of transportation and yet no one wears a helmet. Good on them.

Because it's safe, dedicated bycicle lanes greatly reduce the risk of having accidents with cars, and they teach children how to protect their head and bodies in case of falling to the ground.

It was nice to see. People can choose to wear helmets or not. I'm not a fan of being forced to. In Australia, the cops stopped me and made get off my bike and walk it because I didn't have a helmet.
