Thank Turdeau and his merry band of idiots for this mess. Somehow Sweden has the same, if not less numbers than we do yet they haven’t done anything about it. No masks, no lockdown, no social distancing. They seem to be the only people left on this planet that remember we all have immune systems.

@@jordanray6459 That's 100% false. Sweden has 1.09m cases out of 10.23m population, that means 10.65% of the entire Swedish population has been infected, with over 14,000 deaths. Canada has 1.41m cases out of 37.59m population, that's only 3.75% of the entire Canadian population that had been infected. Canada only has 26,000 deaths, despite having almost 4 times the population of Sweden. This means by both cases and deaths per capita, Sweden far surpass Canada. If you are gonna talk shit, at least back it up with actual evidence and numbers.

@@devilhunterred The “numbers” you’re using don’t mean shit. There is no reliable testing for covid, the PCR test was not developed as a diagnostic tool nor was it developed for this virus. They classify everyone who has died, whether it was from covid or they died with covid, as a covid death. They’re inflating the numbers to scare everyone enough that they’ll get the vaccine. Any numbers you get from our media here are used to create whatever narrative they want to push. They aren’t fact. Show me a medical article that is from Sweden that gives information on their numbers.

And I'd like to see your provided statistics with sources to counter these COVID stats. Until then, unless you have independently verified the cause of death for every person they have labelled a covid death you have no leg to stand on here. I miss the old Whitemud Amusement Park and their go-karts and Fort Saskatchewan's local go-kart track before it got converted to commercial and living space. West Ed's go-kart track is 3 storeys, unbelievable. I have been doing occasional Facebook status shares about the KZbin Channels I've subscribed to and originally I had one ready, now I will have to bump up Best Edmonton Mall's as today's share so that more people know about Drive, thanks!

It’s definitely a total upgrade from that small kiddie track that was in galaxy land! However I will miss Europea Boulevard. That was one of my favourite parts of the mall :( great vid btw! EDIT sorry everyone I was wrong about the europea Boulevard part

Just gave this a go today. Man these go karts are a blast and you are right, drifting is fun as hell.. but you got to watch it if there is kids on the track ( 12 or 14 years minamum, one of the two) that may have no experience with go karts like these that crash into the walls or brake infront of other racers being to catious and nearly get rear ended. I almost did that to a kid and like you said about the LEDS thank God d there is brake lights.

It looks like they blew up most of the space.. I wonder what the square footage was that they had to play with, I whould love to see the before and after layout. I am trying to visualize when it was the movie theatre but I am drawing up a bit of a blank. All I rember is the upstairs and the concession stand, and the large staircase and escalator going down.

I'm very lucky to have such a great relationship with WEM. I've been asking for a preview for over a year! 😅 (I suppose I'm also lucky they put up with me! LoL.) But really, they've been really great.

At one point there was a movie theater and then a combination of DragonFX (now located at entrance #8) and West49 with their indoor skate park! (now located near the Ice Palace where Forever 21 used to stand, less the indoor skate park as far as I am aware, covid has prevented me from taking my many trips to the mall to checkout new stuff)

When I first went go karting I had the exact same thoughts but when I got there I didn't even touch a barrier and you get used to the speed instantly. For me at least
