Alicia Tillman, Chief Marketing Officer for SAP, explains that most companies are not in touch with their customers the way they should be. She emphasizes the gap a lot, but more crucially is for companies to create customer-centric CULTURES that naturally create an organization that is well suited to deliver better-than-average customer experiences.
