I would definitely agree with the point that there is a huge focus on employee mental wellbeing and work-life balance in the US & Canada. There are lots to learn for Pakistani employers in this regard.

Unfortunately not all companies in the US give such constructive feedback to junior employees. In my view it just depends on your team/manager.
