Monica Armani, in her work on the Morning Breeze Villa by Somium Properties, describes her approach as "Design in Molecules." Drawing inspiration from DNA and its role in defining individual qualities, she seeks to organize and harmonize "molecules" for each project, blending creativity with engineering. Morning Breeze, a grand villa integrated into the Las Colinas Golf Club, embodies this approach with iconic architecture.
Armani emphasizes creating a unique experience in approaching residential projects, and Morning Breeze achieves this through a pedestrian access path surrounded by palms, offering a nature-filled journey leading to a stunning entrance facade. The facade, resembling an installation with a large white wall and reaching lances, conceals the entrance behind a striking vertical white blade that welcomes visitors.
Spatiality, extending beyond dimensions, is a core value for Armani, aiming to rejuvenate the soul and evoke emotions. The central core of Morning Breeze, featuring a double height space and a mezzanine for the master bedroom, opens onto a private Agorà with a crystal pool, enhancing the spatial experience. The main volume, resembling a tower on a rock spur, integrates two bridge-like structures housing suites projecting over the golf course.
Connecting the tower and suites is a space adjacent to the underground garage, offering spectacular views through aquarium windows facing the crystal pool. This area includes a living space and a SPA. Armani's intention for the exclusive villa is to create multiple facets, allowing residents to enjoy various aspects of living, from hosting and sharing emotions to working and creating, all while alternating between communal and private moments.
The meticulously planned architecture, effective layout, and integrated attention to detail are complemented by Armani's "Design in Molecules" philosophy. This approach activates the vital, pulsating, and lasting elements of the Morning Breeze Villa, ensuring its enduring value over time.
