What a wonderful and inspiring talk. I am realizing more and more how important it is to stay connected to Guruji's teachings on a daily basis. Daily meditation is not enough. Because when the mind encounters the busy material world, it attunes itself to its crude vibrations, and much of the clarity I feel in meditation is gone. Such a battle it is to overcome maya.

Yes that’s the experience in the beginning but over time you will find that if you persist with meditating regularly you will naturally find that you have a little space between your mind and your daily activities. That’s the key. Once you develop a little space between you and what you’re currently doing you will be able to consciously choose how you respond in the moment. If you do not manage to create a little space between your mind and your activities then you will always react according to your habits. Meditating is the key for sure.

For many many years I have kept Brother Anandamoys recordings with me everywhere I have gone.....When we are in the presence or even exposed like this we are potentially elevated....The course Self Realization Fellowship offers costs about the same amount of $ it costs to gout out and have Sushi !.... $ different techniques of meditation come in the year course culminating w/ the benediction of Kriya Yoga, which as has been stated "woks with the precision of mathematics"....They have only raised the price of the lessons a dollar a years since I first received them over 40 years ago.....I think its now 85.00$ Im not saying Im any kind of emissary or ambassador for these teachings, but I can say this much "When you practice these techniques correctly, you WILL feel the "presence", and in that sublime state you will "know" and you will know that you know, and with that realization comes a peace and a sense and clarity of purpose for which there is no substitute Peace and Blessings

WOW this was an amazing talk. I was so into it just after doing a 20min meditation . I feel so happy to hear that this man and so many others are speaking the truth about who God is and where God is and not to feel bad about life and if u believe or not , cause God is within us we just have to experience it within not outside of us. I feel less fearful and less guilty about the past and forgive myself and others of any wrong doing. I feel so renewed after hearing this GREAT TALK . I appreciate this so very much.
