scammers are all around especially in tourist areas. its good that you exposed them. let your other korean friends know. by the way, not only foreigners are scammed. even filipinos are being scammed by these people. as long as you are visiting tourist spots, it doesnt matter if you're foreigner or filipino, they think they will make money from the visitors. if you got their photos or videos, report them to the tourism office and the local police.

But I do hope this does not discourage you from loving and embracing the Philippines and it's culture. Can you imagine how many tourists they scam. Sobra, it’s like stealing in broad daylight. The authorities should post signs to avoid these incidents. Also, issue authorized wrist bands to tourists that have already paid those environmental fees. Who monitors the environmental fees already paid? What are these fees used for? Do they actually go to the proper agencies that keep the place clean? That’s a big source of income to whoever came up with it!

You were having such a great time especially with such wonderful experiences of feeding the fish, swimming with the turtle, enjoying your time with your sisters and free diving, then the flip side you encounter scammers. Such a shame why such people exists. It just dampens the mood. Next time let them know you’re a vlogger and they will be exposed. Imagine how many foreigners they’ve scammed because they don’t speak the language. They should be reported to the Dept. of Tourism. Besides, there shouldn’t be a foreigner’s fee. Without foreigners and tourists, they wouldn’t have any livelihood.
