When I served in the guards , we never saw behaviour like this. My son is now serving in the guards and he said it has become too common lately. My concern is we don’t know who they are, what they are carrying and what they are capable off.

Is there a difference between the mounted ones and the ones with the bear skin hat? Why are the mounted ones not armed with guns? And are the mounted ones just for the tourists or are they functional? I mean I know all the guards both mounted and on foot are part of military. I’m an American so I’m a little confused.
