That saddle cloth, or flounce is ridiculously thick and warm for summer - it's made of sheep skin!!! Standing in the sun all that time - no wonder the horse is irritable! Really impractical, why can't they use lighter saddle cloths in summer?! It's really impractical and causes more discomfort for the horses.
