You never need to buy a tool like that again.

Why ? The average person needing one of these don't have a machine shop to build such a tool ! It is too big to access small spaces and will require different nut setter sizes and rivet nuts to be practical ! You can get the whole kit at harbor freight for 20 dollars with 4 sizes of nuts and adapters with a setting tool that will let you get into tight spaces !

It's called a thread setter tool they sell them at Graingers and harbor freight tools for about 25 dollars and with different size nut setters .

Well thats a good idea only if you alreadi have all the components of the tool otherwise I think that one hand riveter wit multi nuts its cheaper because in your case buy 2 ballbearings 608 plus washers an the threader the material for tr frame an the rest of the elements ah of course in stanley steel minimum 304 so tha ss its a little expensive.

And why would you need to buy ANY of these things? You should be collecting this kind of scrap any chance you get, so you don't have to spend money.
