Here is session 2 of a three-part “Experiments in Soap” series during which I dive into Soap Science! Today’s topic: Kaleidoscopic Soap! Mesmerize your friends with swirls and whirls and discover the source of soap's cleaning power.
Today's Supply List:
• Milk with fat content (dairy or non-dairy)
• Liquid food coloring
• Liquid Soap (I am using Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap)
• Other cleaners: bar soap, detergent, shampoo, etc.
• Other liquids: Water, another type of milk, juice, etc.
• Rimmed plates
• Q-tips
• Phone (Optional, but video of this is super neat)
If you enjoyed this, find Session 1 & 3 here on my KZbin Channel.

Not trying to be mean I have watched many of these videos. Yet I still don't see why you say sal suds seems stronger? Even these experiments kind of proved otherwise. Like when you compared surface tensions being broken. Guess I am asking for a comparison vid that will show strengths and weaknesses of both products.

As a soap maker myself I found this video extra interesting. It could be remade as a TED Talk.

What is wrong with your video? It keeps going out of focus.

Hi Jim- This video was filmed live and technology was not on my side that day. Internet connectivity issues unfortunately affected the video quality.
