I'm not seeing the list of materials? Specifically the liquid and whatever you scooped out of the little package after shredding clay. Mica powder? I love your videos, you're so generous with your knowledge.

Ludmila, I''ve been a huge fan for a while now, (you hooked me the watercolor technique) and you show how you store your conditioned and prepared clay. This new tutorial just took my breath away, honestly. These will be a Christmas gift for my daughter, as they are her favorite colors!! I would love to store my conditioned and prepared clay like you do. Could you (pretty please) ;) tell us what the composition of the clear folding sheets are and maybe where we could find them? I look forward to many more of your beautiful videos to come! You truly are the Queen of Clay tutorials and I thank you so much for being so generous as to share them with all of us! Be safe, and may God continue to Bless You!!

Muchas gracias!

I love the look of this stone but can you substitute some of these materials you use? Some of these clays are not easy to find here in the US and they can be very expensive. I have mostly all Premo products and colors could you recommend some colors?
@SweetyBijouPro
@SweetyBijouPro 7 жыл бұрын
Hello dear! Which materials do you want to substitute, Doreen? If really I'm not clear with your question... ^_^ Do You talk about clay or paints or powders?... From Premo clay I used here only translucent and pearl clay.. The others are Fimo and Cernit.. If really, here in Thailand I dont have almost any of clay... I always ordering from US and Europe.. for me it always expensive! About "substitute some of these materials" on some of Premo clay... - if you talking about clay fimo and cernit, I don't know.. I use that colors of clay because they have special formula of translucent colors+some inclusions which is the best for gemstone imitation technique! In Premo (I love Premo) - dont have any kind of this... only a few translucent colors.. Maybe, if you will mix the translucent Premo with some powders, chalks or inks, you will get some of needed colors, but need have more experiments)) So, sometimes better to order the needed type of clay.. If you have such kind of questions - ask me at FB page in message, and I will try to help you better! ;)

Hi. I love this but I'm confused about one of the "canes". At the 10:05 mark, you bring in a cane without the gold color. I rewatched but don't see you make it. What is it? thank you

Hey, Thomas! Thanks, I'm glad to know that ;)) About round bead sanding... I sand them by hands too, here is video about sanding and buffing process and on 7:27 min I sand round beads, on 17:34 I buff round bead: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pH_ZaYZ9n7dpiKs

And... about others tips.. Need to stock up a lot of patience!)) For good sanding my bead I use (depend from how smooth the bead surface after baking) staring from 400 grid or 600, then 800, 1000, 1500 (if needed) wet sanding paper... And after I buff them on my Foredom machine!

The clay looks hard. Did you not condition it on purpose?
@SweetyBijouPro
@SweetyBijouPro 7 жыл бұрын
yes, it hard.. almost dried - because of Fimo and Cernit dry out so fast)) And here is the way how you can use hard clay effortlessly! :) for making different stones imitations ;)
