That final piece you made with it was what caught my eye at first because I have a large bead on my bench I’m working on with a similar look only I’m sawing my mill printed scrapes apart and soldering them to the surface of the bead for a mosaic look. This cracking experiment is cool and you finished piece is really lovely. I am gold leafing the space between the small cut pieces on my bead.

Loved these experiments, and I’m looking forward to the video on the finished piece. Thanks for putting on the mad scientist hat (or apron, as the case may be) for us 😁

Nancy What a stunning piece! Could you offer a little direction on how you soldered these chips? Given how they've been beat up I'm assuming you can't get them flat enough to make full contact... spot-soldered? (I don't know that that's an actual term!)

You are always awesome and funny. I love to watch your videos and I have learned a lot from you. I love this technique, I will make some. I like to know if this technique work on copper. Have you tried it yet? Thank you😊👍.

Really cool technique. Can you only do this with Silver or could it also be done with copper?

Question / debate. I was just told that quenching silver in cold water rehardens the silver. Is that true? I've never had it work that way but I'm not a pro.
