Fused Silver Earrings with Barbara Yarde

Hey jewellers,
Today we are making Fused Silver Earrings with the lovely Barbara Yarde.
For this project, you will need-
0.8mm Sterling Silver Sheet, 6cm x 3cm
Scrap Silver Sheet- use any offcuts from previous projects
2x premade silver earring posts
2x butterfly hacks
Hard solder

Thank you for this demonstration! I wonder if it’s possible to be more accurate with fusing, for example to fuse a specific shape into a larger piece? I’m thinking of shapes like traditional crosses, runes etc

Presumably you could fuse it with a kiln even a mini table top one? What do you do to work harden the post after soldering?

Hey lovely, This is a soldering project. You can hammer the silver to harden after soldering x
