The idea of the invasion was only to occupy the ethnically russian land (donbass). It was never to take kyiv in the first place. Attacking kyiv at the start was merely a decoy to capture most of the donbass which literally speaks for itself. And for those that cant understand how much land russia has currently occupied it is bigger than the size of England. If russia wanted to capture kyiv they would never of attacked with 60k reserve personnel at the start of the invasion. The numbers would’ve been 10x that to completely fortify what would’ve been captured. We need to stop living in this lala land where we think russia is attacking ukraine for no reason, there’s absolutely a reason nato just doesn’t want to admit it to the public.

Russia must end this war immediately and withdraw its troops. 141 countries voted for this resolution, 35 abstained. There were only 5 votes against (Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Eritrea and Syria). With a 2/3 majority, this resolution is binding. After that, all countries no longer have to remain neutral, but are actually obliged under international law to support the attacked state. This applies both legally and militarily. So what is the point of all these discussions? If we do not adhere to international law, we can forget about our future. This law is intended to prevent wars and ensure peaceful coexistence of all people on this planet.

Germany and Poland would flatten Russia if Nato actually came under attack. I feel for what the Ukrainians have gone through, but they are not Nato, not even really democratic . But that war has set Russia back greatly in manpower and resources . They cant start a new front anytime soon

Neither Germany nor Poland have nuclear weapons, so I don't think so. The only reason Russia wouldn't flatten them is other nuclear powers (USA, UK and France) backing them up. Also, I'm not sure Germany or Poland would be able to fight thousands of kilometers away from their home country. They haven't done that in a long time and I guess it's a pretty complex thing to do. Then Poland seems to have a rather weak air force, so I don't really see them strike deep into Russia out of their own territory.

The myth of ww3 will always be a myth. As ww3 was the cold war, which spanned the globe, had multiple battlefields and was not cold at all. The myth of ww3 started in the 1950's. This is WW4 which includes cyber warfare, drone warfare, and hybrid warfare.

Not sure where this info comes from, but I can reassure you, Germany is currently occupied with snap elections as the government fell apart recently. Plus: we don´t even have 200.000 soldiers (incl. support troops, mind you). if you don´t know, the future draft system in Germany works as follows: you get a questionnaire asking you if you are fit for service and willing to serve. While you are obliged to answer, recruits will be drawn only from the pool positively assessed on hands of said questionnaire. good luck sending 800.000 draftees. So, don´t worry about that...
