Your not saving the customer any room when you install the ODU 2' frim the house. That could have been much closer if you guys used tube benders. 6/10 on that install.

Thank you for watching, commenting, and rating our installers. While we appreciate your feedback, we believe our installation team deserves a higher rating than a 6. For this installation, the unit was not placed on a low lot line property, meaning there were no fences or walls within 24 inches of the unit. It was installed in an open yard, adhering to normal installation procedures and the city code that requires the unit to be 12 inches away from the wall. Our team strives to use the best techniques and tools, such as tube benders, which allow them to make precise turns on the copper piping from the wall into the unit. Due to the unique design of this unit, which has refrigerant valves on the opposite side and cannot be turned around to adjust the copper entry angle, we had to route the copper longer. We understand that everyone has different styles and approaches to installation. Thank you for your feedback and for engaging with our video! In our opinion, our installers deserve a 9/10 rating.
