Jokes aside on the "fake doctor" part, the word doctor in english comes from a latin word meaning "I teach" and originally was used for anyone with enough of an education in any subject to be able to sufficiently teach other people about it. It being applied to medical professionals was a later addition.

Love this. I really like doing the Sporcle Pokedex quizzes, and for gens 1, 3, and 4, I can pretty much go through the game and get them all. Gen 2 has so many of those one-offs and random additions that the only way I can manage to remember it is in chunks! The babies, the new evos from of gen 1 mons, the bugs, the water ones, etc. My favorite of these groups is the S's - a set of six(!) single-stage Pokemon scattered through the dex that ALL start with S: Stantler, Skarmory, Shuckle, Smeargle, Sudowoodo, and Sneasel. (Sneasel and Sudowoodo aren't single-stage anymore but they are for the sake of remembering the gen 2 dex).
