Cant help but feel like he was mostly just lucky that housing affordability has got completely out of hand due to broken policies while he's in the market. Meanwhile investors capitalizing off negatively gearing and booming prices young people can no longer afford a home and we are celebrating this

Friend,I can't help but feel like we've all worked so many years just to buy or rent a house and be happy with just that.I mean if that's your mindset then that's you. But at the end of the day he didn't create the market or the broken policies. The game of investing is open to all, either participate or sit back and become bitter.
