How long do actives remain active on the skin? If I apply vit c and sunscreen, and then wipe off and reapply 2-3 hours later, do I need to do skin care again?

1) do all antioxidants support brightening like a vitamin c C? Or what’s the difference? 2) do you wash OFF your toner after or leave it to soak in? 3) is the Naturium peptide moisturizer bad - or just the delivery system? I use that and now I’m wondering if I should switch! Thank you :)

1) Vitamin C is my fave for brightening, but Niacinamide is a great alternative, as is Resveratrol! Depends what you're looking for / if you can tolerate vitamin c. 2) You do not wash off toner 3) Naturium peptide moisturizer is great, my chemist friends approve!
