I watched this as I was preparing to lead a remote workshop, I executed everything contained here and the meeting was a great success, thank you very much Shipra and Miro team!

What amazing content. This will be invaluable as I convert my in-person workshops the virtual space in light of the pandemic. You've helped me out a lot Shipra.

Great Insights. Always a challenge to run workshops remotely. I was wondering, if there was a large group of say 20-30 people in the workshop. Would you arrange them in groups of 4-5 each so that they work together. In that case, is it possible to have their own Miro Boards? Then, they could potentially work well on Zoom with Breakout Rooms. How would (have) you managed a workshop with multiple miro boards?

Thank you for the video. Can you tell me what tool you use to put yourself over the presentation in a small screen (bottom right)? Thanks

You do this on Zoom - when you share you screen you appear on the bottom right.

Hi Shipra, can you share a little but more of your "private" agenda or can I find it online somewhere?

Hi Shipra, amazing piece of video on facilitating remote workshop. I have a question: 1) What is the ideal no. of participants in remote design workshop to produce great outcomes?? Thank you, Zam

Ahh - I aim for between 4-8, any more and it's tough to manage. Any fewer and you aren't building enough of a shared understanding for the future of the project.

Nothing new or relevant here. High level and generic. How can I use Miro to facilitate workshops? Which are the best templates? Why? How can they help to translate the workshop agenda topics into practice? How should be the facilitation? How does the voting system work on Miro?
