Sir हमने एक pvt ltd कंपनी खोली थी। उसका current account भी खोला था। लेकिन ना कोई कंप्लेन्सिस पूरे किये ना ही gst num लिया। ना ही कोई fund एकाउंट में आया। एक CA से बात की उन्होंने बताया की dsc दुबारा बनवानी होगी, कंप्लेन्सिस पूरे करने होंगे वगैरा वगैरा। जिसमे 80 thousand खर्च हो जाएगा। इससे बड़िया रहने दो तीन साल में खुद बंद हो जाएगी। और उसी director के साथ दुबारा नही खोल सकते लेकिन किसी other के साथ खोल सकते हो। Sir आप बताइए की इसमें क्या सच है और कितना पैसा लगता है ऐसे केस में।।
