How to close Private Limited company in 2024 || Total Expenses, Procedure, Compliance || Synopsis 24

Bhayya meri yek pvt ltd company hai (opened in August 2022) kuch business nahi hora not even single transaction in account from 1 year or me compliance bhi nahi kiya is sal ka so i want to close it, but agar me khud se close na karu to kya MCA khud se company ko close karega ? Or me yehi chahata hu ki mca close kare because i don't have money to close it 😢
