I have one query can I buy more than one urban agriculture from multiple land owner to save on LTCG (under sec 54B) recived from sale of one urban agriculture land as the amount capital gain is large (high) Or can I buy both a urban agriculture land with part of that long term capital gain as well build house part of the long term capital gain and if something excess remains can I invest in bonds under 54EC together to save utilising the entire sale proceeds (Principal as well as the the profits realised as LTCG)

The assessee must not own more than one house ...... 1) If i have one property and want a new property , am i eligible to claim under 54 F ? 2) Under 54 F , is sale of RBI gold bond and silverware can be included to exempt LTCG ? So can I club sell of shares, RBI gold bonds and silver ware to buy second house ?

प्रॉपर्टी बेचने के बाद कैपिटल गैन टैक्स बचाने के लिए, क्या पूरा सेल अमाउंट इन्वेस्ट करना होता है या सिर्फ उतना अमाउंट इन्वेस्ट करना होता है जितना कैपिटल गैन हुआ है। मेरा दूसरा प्रश्न यह है कि यदि हम कोई जमीन खरीदने हैं और जमीन खरीदने के लिए पेमेंट इंस्टॉलमेंट में 10 सालों के अंतराल में अलग अलग सालों में देते हैं तो क्या इंडेक्सेशन इन सभी अलग अलग सालों में कैलकुलेट करना होगा ताकि जमीन बेचते समय इंडेक्सेशन का अधिकतम फायदा मिल सके। और बेचते समय कैपिटल गैन टैक्स कम से काम बने। क्या यह सही होगा।

You can't transfer money to your daughter's account, you have to pay money from your bank account to the seller's account to avail the deduction
