Sir, sale proceeds i.e. 2 cr ka house purchase karna hoga not only of capital gain i.e. 1 cr Agar only 1 cr. Ka Ghar purchase Kiya to pro rata basis pe 50 lacs pe tax lagega 10 lacs

There was 15 L LTCG tax from plat sale and 20 L from sale of MF of sale value was 36 L in financial year 23-24. I have booked a flat in April 2024 and paid 20 L as first installment, second installment will go in oct 2024 .....is it mandatory to open CG acount

Sir to save long term capital gain tax do we have to buy new house before end of financial year. Or is it ok if buy after end of financial year that is after March but before filling itr that is mostly before June or July of next year

Sir, I am a pensioner & received arrears of pensionin fy 23- 24 . Similarly I f& 0 loss of 7 k & short term capital gain. My question is that 1) which ITR I should file? 2) I am trying to file ITR 3 , I have adopted old regime but while filing form 10 E under ITR3, calculation of tax under section 89(i) as per new tax regime . My total income including arrears is Rs. 570000.Hence relief under section 88(i) is not coming. In this situation what can i do? 3) Can I ITR 2 in under form 10 e can be filed as person having no f & o income. Under this form10 e is allowing to calculate taxes under old regime. so Which is ITR for ITR 3 OR ITR 2 . Should I file? Pl guide sir.
