Agar cgas act me total capital gain ka bada hissa rakh diya hai to baaki bache par tax lagega kya kya capital gain acnyt me rakhe poore paise ki registry zaroori hai agar makaan khareeden to?hamne 55 cgas acnt me rakh diye80 me se kyonki hamare CA ne kaha ki 31 march se pahle cgas khulvakar poori capital gain usme rakhni hogi. Ab saving me 30 bach gaya aur hame ek 65 ki property pasand aa gayi par builder 20 se zyada white cgas se bank se lena nahi chahta. Ab kya karen 20 registry 65 poore saving cheque se nahi de sakte kyonki sirf 30 bache hain Ab aapki video dekhkar pata chala ki ham poore 80 ya zyada bhi apne saving account me rakhsakte the .hamne poore 80 ke FD banaye the jo CA ke kahne par ki 31 march se pahle cgas khulvao hame todne pDe .apne haath me ab 30 hi bache hai .apka video dekhkar pata chala ki 31 july tak apne paas rakh sakte the. Pahle 65 poore hi property khareedne me de sakte the ab 20 se upar koi white nahi le raha to baaki 45 hain nahi sirf 30 bache hain ab kya karen?

Can I purchase "residential plot" using entire sales proceeds recieved ?? No plan of construction house at present, shall keep plot as it is.
