Maybe I should’ve elaborated more on the “problematic” members! TO BE MORE CLEAR, what I meant was that I don’t like some of the “problematic things” they say, especially in the past about Kai and his skin color ( that’s never okay). I wasn’t taking about Kris at all as I know, he’s no longer a part of EXO for years now!! Yea you should've been more clear. Cause yes we would amuse things and alot of people like to bring kris wu up. Plus yes I also didn't like how they did kai but that was years ago now kai is like everyone role model and an good example of an idol. Kai came a long way. Basically EXO is one of the top selling groups not going to lie. Even tho they said how kai skin is now their very close. Closer than ever. And support each other. Everything deserves to be left behind but yes he might not have forgotten but keep bring this up will cause to make fans hate and make rumors then more people would start bad mouthing about exo when exo came a long way. I felt the same at first bc I saw those comments, and they said hurtful things to other members (not just Kai) to try to be funny in early years, but honestly I think they ain't those dumb young man anymore and are more aware of how the other member feel and that they should love and protect each other. That's why they have run so far in the industry, they have learn to respect each other and others. You can like or dislike anyone, but if you want get to know them now ♡

Kai has it all as an iconic entertainer for many generations. Dancer, Singer and Actor ! From a dancer perspective, Kai has phenomenal dance technical skills and creativity at the same time he seems very down-to-earth, sweet and funny during interviews/reality shows. When I watch his flexibility and range of motion, movement coordination , body alignment and posture, and rhythm during dance practices, music mv and exo music mv , I can see Kai has had jazz and ballet training. His dance skills and vocal skills are inspirational.

I know that Korea has been greatly influenced by China in the past, but Nevertheless, Korea had elements of culture that were different from those of China. And I think that the music video showed Korean cultural elements more than Chinese culture. And the reason I can confidently say is, Because it's my country.

The problem with Kai singing in EXO is that, while he is definitely improving vocally, he is still fifth or sixth in vocal prowess in the group. D.O., Baekhyun, Chen, Suho, and Xiumin can sing circles around him. Therefore, he is relegated to small singing parts, rapping, and ad libs. At this rate of improvement, he could come out singing soulful like D.O. in his next album.

I'd wager that Chanyeol is also a stronger vocalist than Kai. So really it's Sehun and him at the bottom of the vocal tier. Which doesn't mean they're terrible vocalists, Sehun does fine with the rapping parts and Kai has slowly been filling up on vocals after the others. If there's one thing SM does well, is utilize their vocals no matter what tier they're in.

Sometimes people get carried away by his visuals and fashion that they dont really notice the vocals. you can say it's chinese but honestly east asian countries (mainly korea, china and japan) have a lot of similarities since china influenced and took over the other 2 countries at some point. they have a lot of similarities in culture and beliefs. for example, in Korea, they still use a counting system that's derived from the Chinese counting system. they have almost similar deities and gods and myths too. For example peaches in east asian culture is almost like the apple in adam and eve's story. not in the way that it was a forbidden fruit but more in a way that apples represent knowledge, peaches on the other hand represents eternal life (or something similar). it was said that in the 'heaven/paradise' (loosely translated) you would find peach trees.

On behalf of my other comments. Kris wu doesn't have anything to do with exo. Kris wu is Chinese a solo artist. Whatever he did stays with him. Exo doesn't deserve to be bring down like that just because of an ex member did something so reckless. Exo paved their way. Exo is minding their own business. Some still in the military. They don't got time for those type of issues. EVERY kpop group did alot of things and I hold them accountable and this is coming for a black kpop stand that's been a kpop stand for a very long time. Every group has done and said multiple things. I really like you guys reaction but I don't like the way you guys putting some solo guy issues on a group that he left for 8years ago. It sounds like one of those stupid scandals that been happening as an example ( messing up someone reputation by spreading rumors ). Exo doesn't claim kris and we don't claim him. Also their has been a update about the kris wu accident anyway I am sick of people bring his issue up. His career has ended and it's done. Learn to leave the issues where it's at. sorry, i had to say this, the cloud, bamboo and buildings are Chinese, the first blue secne is Chinese aesthetic, you can look up the story of 武陵桃园. they use this story as eastern side of peaches myth story and then white scene is western myth something like forbidden fruit. Only the grey outfit is Korean style spotlight time. Korean and Japanese address some of Chinese culture they have learned as eastern or orential, 东洋风. but those are still Chinese Traditional Culture. plz dont make this weird for kai, if you dont know that much about what this concept is, just leave it. @@camullia5294 uh.. ok well the first things you said are not even true.. i have known them for a long time and seen all of the issues theyve had and i have never seen them say the n word or say disgusting things about female idols. the character is again, a larger issue in korea as that is actually a popular kids character there which is horrible in itself. no one in asia gets educated about who the character is actually representing. you can obviously feel however you feel about it, its your right. but some of those things are not even true and we dont know any of these idols in person, just that korea and east asia as a whole is rampant with ignorance on these issues. it is honestly wishful thinking to expect that any of your idols are "woke" just because their company let them apologize (sm normally doesnt allow it) or becasue they havent been caught on camera saying anything. for hendery, in one of his fan calls a fan was bringing up that issue and trying to talk about it with him, and the staff in the room cut them off and made them move on to the next fan. its not up to them what they can say or do about these issues. it means nothing but if thats the standard you want to go by, thats up to you.
