Expivi and Deli Home's 3D product configurator with SAP integration

Deli Home is a manufacturer of custom wood products for interior purposes, like storage furniture and doors.
Their mission is to make custom wood craftmanship available to everybody, so they can get the most out of their home and their life.
Their motto is to inspire, configure and create.
Together with Expivi, Deli Home created an industry first 3D configurator, in which consumers can order their custom made wood panels for a wide variety of purposes.
Customers only have to choose the material, shape, finish and enter the dimensions and with a single click they can order it.
As Deli Home doesn't have its own e-commerce channels, they've partnered up with their retail partners to integrate the 3D configurator on their websites.
Among these retail partners are big hardware store chains like Gamma and Karwei. Thanks to these integrations, the retail partners saw an increase in their sales conversions.
As Deli Home is using SAP as their ERP system, while their biggest retail partner Inter gamma is using SAP Commerce Cloud, it was essential that there would be a seamless integration with the Expivi platform.
This was achieved easily as Expivi is readily available in the SAP store.
Because of this ingenious connection with all different platforms, orders made on all retail partners websites are automatically being sent to Deli Home's SAP ERP system and forwarded to the machines in Deli Home's own factory. This is giving the efficiency of the ordering and production process a huge boost and error margins are reduced to the absolute minimum.
Thanks to Expivi, Deli Home's goal to support its retail partners in responding to their customers needs in an ever changing market, surpassed their high expectations.
