That, *that* Kuminga play is why I love this channel! I didn't even really process it while watching the game because I was keying on Steph defending Harden. Dray and the front office saw that monster potential.

I have to agree with so many other's on this channel. This is my favorite bball channel by a wide margin. A beautiful mix of brilliant analysis far beyond what is offered anywhere else and an equally brilliant level of wit and humor. Another humorous and informative basketball defense education! Thank you 🙏🏻 "Baryshnikov Steph" should get bonus points. There was a quick shot at the end of the half (when Nets were feeling the tide changing & everyone knew what was coming) and Harden gave ia look to Steph like "what's happening, man?" Steph -🤷🏻♂️ That's when I knew - Warriors got this.

Thank you! 🥰 I always love your in-depth explanation of GSW's defense and their offense, bec during the game sometimes the ball was like a blur with the Warriors always running from one end to the other side of the court, with the crazy multiple passes, it can be dizzying sometimes to watch them. Warriors love their fastbreak. Im learning a lot from your videos too about players' movements. And it's never boring as well with your funny side comments. I always wait for your upload after every game of GSW. 👍👍😁

@christopherrichardson17302 жыл бұрын
Other teams already know. They can't stop it because they don't have the personel to keep up with all of the ball movement and player movemnt. Don't forget Kerr's offense is a mixure of the triangle principles, the spurs sets, and euro ball movement and tempo. There are even elements of D'Antonio's system. It's beauty to watch. Best Basketball breakdown channel hands down on KZbin.

@@christopherrichardson1730 Spot on. But the warriors are able to adapt and change on the fly which is what makes it so difficult. That doesn’t just happen. It’s a result of great coaching, drafting, and player development. #lightyears.

Entertaining & educational. Question: I don’t want other teams coaches learning how to break our janky zone defenses, but how does Stephen Curry attack the box and 1? Why don’t other teams use more these janky (box and one, triangle and two) on the warriors? Thank you.

@billjones41592 жыл бұрын
You did not talk about the triangle and two. Like the box and one you use it when there are few shooters on the floor. But when do you use which? They used box and one when KD and JH were attacking. But sometimes they used triangle and two. Maybe they are just mixing it up to confuse Brooklyn.

And here i thought the referees did something about that gather foul by Harden! whew i guess they fall for it every now and then.. smh.. 😅
@nottheone8312 жыл бұрын
Do you think them hiring nick nurse's assistant has to do with them mixing up their defense? I think so.
@ReCharredSigh2 жыл бұрын
Personally, I don't like zone defenses, over the course of a game they have too many weaknesses to be used as the main way of defending; good offenses will eventually figure them out. But I also understand that some players and lineups just don't know what to do against certain zones, and if it works, you have to consider using it; that's the opponents' fault, not yours. So I'm ok with zones being used in small spurts, just not the same defense for an entire game.
