I really don't have words to appreciate Sharmad Sir's contribution to our preparation. You are a source of quality knowledge available for everyone free of cost. This lecture reveals so many important grey area and loopholes present in our legislative and judicial system which are open to use/overuse/misuse purely on the discretion of the ruling party and the judges of the apex court. It has been witnessed during recent incidents where one can clearly figure out that how the so called right wing ideology has prevailed over legal rights and constitutional values. We can further recognize the fact that appears to be judicial biasness over basic fundamental rights that has been witnessed multiple times. For example- 1. Take the example of 'Protection of Individual Liberty' and then compare the response of judiciary on Arnab Goswami bail plea and Munawar Faruqui (a famous comedian) bail plea. 2. Take the example of 'Right to freedom of peaceful protest' and compare the response of judicial on Anti CAA protest and ongoing Farmer's protest. Last but not the least, SC's judicial evasion is well known in Section 370 scrap case. I may not be in favor of this section but I do need to get the fact validated from the SC that whether the legislative action on this section was constitutionally valid or not. Because then only it would be wise to speak on this topic. Until we have unbiased action both by the judiciary and the legislature on such controversial matters where different type of political ideologies collide with each other, the dream of 'Justice For All' would never be materialized.

*Arnab's case* was totally a different case from Munawar Farooqui case. In Arnab it was Maha GOVT's vendetta against Republic TV and Arnab they had opened a closed case in order to put Arnab in jail but Arnab challenged her arrest in HC and apply for bail but HC rejected and then he go to SC and SC granted bail on the ground of lack of evidence.(in this whole episode nearly 1 month arnab is under judicial custody) now come to Munawar Farooqui bail plea case in this case the arrest was 100% lawful police has booked Munawar under various sections of IPC like Section 295A Section 269.... and here police have enough evidence , here magisterial court denies the bail please don't compare the responses of judiciary see you can't compare two different cases having different things

Brother, I've compared these 2 cases on the ground of Fundamental Right mentioned under Article 21. I hope you have read the SC court's ruling on former case which categorically says “deprivation of liberty even for a single day is one day too many”. Now I assume you are also aware of the fact that latter's bail was rejected by the HC because 'police failed to produce the case diary' as they forgot to carry the same to the court. See, I'm not sympathizing Faruqui's act, he must be punished if found guilty but he shouldn't be deprived of his fundamental rights just because of the negligence of others.

@@ashishrai9118 yes your views regarding SC's action may sound right in pure legal terms, but there is an understated principle in SC working "Justice should not only be done, it must also seems to be done" An instant judgement on issues like 370, CAA, Ram Mandir may serve the legal purpose; but people wouldn't be able to digest that easily and ultimately riots and violence will happen irrespective of the loosing side. In this country it is not difficult to call for protest on daily wages or by inciting communal sentiments, anger or discontent. So first let the emotions settled down then legal course would take place. And one more thing as an UPSC aspirant you should avoide these words like Left & Right wing. This country is much diverse and its political system is much complex, it can never be easily divided into two ie left & right. By doing so you are only exposing your political inclinations.
