Sir, Can no permission from DIG could be a demerit of Indian federalism. As the police service is in state list of Indian constitution. UAPA hasn't mentioned about the propaganda spread by social media to promote terrorist activities. For example the terrorist attack of Sri Lanka. Is it valid point to have a critical analysis of UAPA 2019. Thanking you Sir.

i think the whole problem is at the root when the law is drafted or in discussion laws are not recommended to the Standing committee for further scrutiny . In this years budget session no bill was reffered to the standing committee if the goverment really thinks they are doing the right thing then whats the problem with refering bills to the standing committee.
