Priyanka, please don't ask only basic questions as tv media does in thier channel. If any small case claim 30% CAGR, the fund manager charges are around 15-25%, short term capital gain applies on stock wise not portfolio wise, investors sell all stock in rebalancing (broker charge, indirect tax and exchange charges, STT, etc. applies), and finally 15% capital gain of each stock. During rebalancing 20% amount can't use same (it means you have to pay 20% cash on each rebalancing). Overall, CAGR will not be same same claimed in smallcase page.
