Sunita Kejriwal was never in consideration. Kejriwal made it clear she was simply carrying his messages from jail to people. She is not keen on politics.

Yet again Kejriwal proved him self as intelligent. He waited till CBI & ED to file an affidavit stating that their investigation was completed and filled their final chargesheet. After knowing this Kejriwal resigned as Chief minister. Had Kejriwal resigned earlier, the CBI & ED would have arrested the person who comes to replace Kejriwal's post. Now, he is picking up Atishi. In fact on behalf of AAP Atishi was in charge of Goa elections, had Kejriwal chosen her as CM candidate earlier, the CBI & ED would have arrested her too. Regarding Sunitha Kejriwal, she never had any intention of getting into politics and the Kejriwal is against family rule. However, when the time comes, Kejriwal certainly proves himself as intelligent when he materialises his vengeance.
