Technicaly every time we get hit by meterorites and meteors our mass is added to. Even if most burn up in the atmosphere the fallout comes to earth and gradually adds to our mass

It's not about more or less weight. It's about where the weight is located. For example a figure skater's weight doesn't change when they spin around but if they move their limbs closer or away from the center of their body their spin changes speed. You can actually try that experiment, do you have a lazy susan? Stand on it, spin around, and try moving your arms closer or away from your body. It works even more clearly if you are holding something heavy in those arms than if you are holding nothing. Your weight won't change while you spin but where that weight is will and your speed will.

The angular momentum of a body is constant when no external force is applied. If this law is correct, then no matter what we do inside the Earth, the angular momentum of Earth won't change. We can't change the mass distribution permanently, hence spin will also not change.

The theory in the video is not rational enough to find & determine the suspect. Searching for the cause of the earth's rotation slowing down there are other possibilities, for example I created a more rational theory with the same object, by adding the moon's gravity as a controlling factor, the moon's gravity makes the tides rise & fall, the moon like a magnet attracts water to flow as the moon circles the earth. What if the water in the dam is blocked and cannot flow and the magnetic attraction continues to apply (like pulling a snagged rope) just imagine if the ocean was dammed from the north pole to the south pole, the greater the pressure of the tidal water would be, it would get stuck and hold the earth from rotating. Try making a model/prop for the earth, namely a rotating iron wheel, then prepare a magnet to make it a moon whose distance is determined, there are the closest and farthest points, see how the magnet slows down the rotation of the wheel. What you want to observe is the duration of day & night during a full moon, whether the earth's rotation slows down or not.
