UCC shall lead into mind set of uniformity in every aspects of living like uniform economic code be forced in society meaning uniform monthly salary say 50k per month n why sharuqh khan should make 500 crores income or one film actress in name of modelling show her underarms n makes 10 crores n one receptionist makes 15 or 20k rupees a month or uniform housing code meaning law be enforced each family should not have more than 1000 sft apartment n why rich people to live in palaces n other indian living alongside road in thatched roof hut or one late jaya lalitha said to have spent 600 crores in marriage of her adopted son or similar practice still prevails so uniform marriage expenses code be enacted restricting marriage expenses not exceeding one lakh rupees n uniform medical code be enacted saying all indians can get treated at any hospital n government shall take care of expenses including premium paid by people n uniform education code be forced in society saying no difference of fee but uniform fee n uniform transport code n all such uniformity in every aspects be identified and these uniformity shall be identified n uniform code be made so all above type of uniformity will be welcome by all indians n UCC is of no impact bcoz if one hindu marries his neice or muslims marry their cousins or give maintainance to divorced wife or somebody living together etc makes no difference to society at large but uniform economic code or medical code or housing code or education code or transport code shall greatly influence or impact on society for good n country at large

Muslim inheritance laws are well defined in the Quran. It says: 1. When a person dies his burying expenses will be from his/ her own money. 2. Any loan on the deceased will be paid from his/ her property. 3. The deceased person shall have to make a will of his/her choice. There is no restriction what’s ever on making a Will. There is no mention of giving 1/3 of property to one of legal heir from his property. 4. The last is that after execution of the Will , tge CB property shall be distributed according to Wuranic divisions.
