I was the flower girl in my cousin's wedding in 1973, when I was 3. 😊 My cousin wore one of those big hats. I still have my little dress.

I loved the big hats and the Grecian gowns from the 70s along with the headbands. Bianca Jagger's look stands out the most to me from this era. Minnie Riperton's outfit on her Adventures in Paradise album with the baby's breath isn't a wedding dress but it's a look a think of when I think of 70s bridal.

I absolutely loved this video it reminds me of my aunt and her wedding pictures from the 70s look a lot like these pictures. She was gorgeous with her fro and wedding gown. I have a lot of aunts that dressed exactly like the pictures shown during the 70s. I loved that you included Black Americans style choice of this decade in your video as I dont see many 60s 70s black vintage girlys like myself. SO job well done here

My cousin, Cathy, used to wear a lot of Gunne Sax inspired clothing back in the late 60s. No wedding dresses of course, but as I recall the dresses were called grannies. which was a less formal resemblance. Well researched video.

I'm looking for a wedding dress from the 70s that used to be in one of bridesmaids magazines. It was spaghetti straps and eyelet material with a wide pink sash or ribbon .
