This is how it should be. I get tired of MCs always thinking, "This is my decision. I need to make the person I care for leave before they get hurt." Then we have another arc of that person getting into trouble regardless of the MC's "good" intentions, and so the MC has to go and save them anyways. It's always best to have a conversation like this and let the other person choose rather than be arrogant to make the choice for them.

I thought I recognized the voice so I had to look it up to be sure. It's the queen of tsuderes, Kugimiya Rie. I usually don't track VA's much but it's been awhile since I heard this voice and it's pretty distinctive.

I think its the first time in an isekai we actualy see the MC talk about it, the only one that people know about it were mostly the one when the MC is summoned directly to be some kind of hero. But even then most of the time people are clueless about it nor it doesnt affect much the story anyway, writters realy lack of creativity and ambition in their stories
