But i dont understand he was not getting injured in Dortmund and rennes and he had bad habits there too and just came to barça and injuries started.
@3cbperformance

It's a great question and may have to do with training methods or perhaps greater intensity of games/matches which are associated with higher injury risk. His injury is one that once you get one it can turn into a vicious cycle

@@3cbperformance yes, even malcom said that the trainings in barça are nothing compered to zenit and if you have an athlete like ousmane you cannot do weak trainings and then expect him to sprint in the matches he must be prepared in my opinion
@3cbperformance
@3cbperformance 4 жыл бұрын
@@mamadousow8290 Very interesting; hadn't heard that before from Malcolm. There's certainly some truth that an athlete needs to be prepared for the demands of the match and undertraining can open them up to injury as well

@@3cbperformanceMalcom “Players at Barcelona don’t train enough. That’s why I got injured so often at Zenit, I was used to that training! At Barça, they only train 40 or 50 minutes. Here [Zenit] we do double that amount. Valverde training sessions were not hard. They were almost just doing rondos, and they were not training for long like Malcom said. Dembele was used to hard intensity training in Dortmund. In Barceona he had low intensity training sessions, and he is playing style require intensity. His poor diet, not enough sleep and Valverdes training sessions may have been a big factor. From low intensity training to play those matches whit his sprint and stop style of play is not a good combo.
@3cbperformance

@@q-blaze5961 100% agreed. That type of increase in intensity is asking for injuries

3CB Performance Ik but Valverde got asked if he is watching his player’s for injuries because also around that time I think Messi got injured can’t remember if it was him and Valverde said he wasn’t really putting attention to it but idk man maybe it is the Staff
@3cbperformance
@3cbperformance 4 жыл бұрын
@@JCMotivates_ In most settings, the training/medical staff are responsible for watching those aspects and communicating those to the coach. Now if Valverde was ignoring them, that's a different story. I'm not too familiar with that situation myself

Dembele I think does not take good enough care of himself and he is too weak, he needs to do strength training, have a better diet and rest enough.
@3cbperformance

That was reportedly the case early in his career and his first year at Barca. As I mentioned in the video, his agent moved in with over the past summer to help rectify some of those issues
@tijashbarreno
@tijashbarreno 4 жыл бұрын
This was more of a problem in his first season. He takes good care of himself now. The current issue is the re-injury cycle that happens when you return too soon. He also needs to evolve his playing style so that its not so reliant on pace abusing.
@3cbperformance
@3cbperformance 4 жыл бұрын
@@tijashbarreno I agree with this
@callous2k486
@callous2k486 4 жыл бұрын
@@tijashbarreno I wouldn't say his playing style is reliant on "pace abusing". Sure, that does play a significant factor in it, but the main part of Dembélé's playing style is his incredibly good close dribbling. A player that is overly pace reliant would be someone like Adama Traore

@neurophilosophers994
@neurophilosophers994 4 жыл бұрын
3CB Performance the sitting tightens his muscles already susceptible from having lots of fast twitch fibers, the lack of sleep prevents the muscle from recovering, and the diet means he doesn’t even have the optimal nutrients for his body to recover the muscle even if he did sleep. Just terrible he had so much potential
