Explaining Prologue | The Boy Who Did Not Sign

Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He had even failed Physics in his 11th Standard. Ashish never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life in BARC. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. Alright guys, I am trying this out! First of all, I am driving safely. I don't even look at you 🤝 Plus there are cuts where I need to focus more and can't talk. Second, I need your suggestions. I know that there's a lot of background noise. I could have reduced it but that would have taken away from the originality of my voice. I could have added a background soundtrack but I am not a huge fan of it and probably you are not either. I wanted this to be an authentic experience as if you are sitting in the passenger seat and I am talking to you. And if you were sitting there, that highway noise would be there. hey myself Mechanical engineer so far my knowledge regarding this writing first of all DRDO, BARC and ISRO all have different fields and domains of research and its real time implementation concern with Nuclear Physics discipline in our country maily research work and its actual implementation in application is done at BARC majorly concern with DRDO they mainly implement research n ininnovation in weapons technology in diversified fields simmilalrly ISRO deals with research activities in space science related programme coming to selection procedure , as per your question, to be specific with Bsc/Msc and Physics discipline Drdo usually recruits entry level as Scientist B by shortlisting thru Gate Exam in respective discipline, in which you have to write Gate exam in concern subject ..after that shortlist thru gate score and then they conduct their own second stage subjective exam(not always sometimes in non engineering disciplines), after final interview round they select as scientist post B entry level second way they recruit for similar Scientists C,D,E level..in which there concern field work experience is required and you should have good projects whether in academics as well as your previous work in organisation ,condition if they find relevant. as far concer with BARC nd ISRO..there also at entry level for physics discipline vacancies come..Barc recruits from both medium Gate Exam as well as their seperate exams and after that same interview round there(in BARC only weightage of interview round 100 marks in final selection) both option available to student. In Isro they mostly conduct their own screening exams in different discipline and then interview round, one thing which i noticed in all these research institutes they mostly prioritise interview round as major selection criteria.

I always had this question. Left side steering will not make you feel uncomfortable? Coz in India we are used to right side steering. Also, don't know why there is difference in steering position

Yes. Name of characters. Some places have fictional names too. But Organisation like ISRO, ONGC, IES are same. All Exam names apart from SCAR are real. Pretty much like all the fictional books goes.
