Thank God you are ok Norma. My mum 87 had her 1st BAD fall. She tripped on corner kitchen and BROKE her fima and hip. She had hospital stay and now in her home a walker and wheelchair out at shops.😢 We are so LUCKY she is okay 🙏 Hi from AUSTRALIA 🌏🦘 💓💓

Oh Norma what a shame 🙈🙈. I understand when you talk about balance, I am 60 and I have have been waiting on a double hip replacement for over six years now, I have had one done and I fell a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t get back up horrible feeling 😢😢. Fortunately I still had my mobile in my hand so I could call my friend who had a key for my house. And she managed to get me back on my feet but I was worried that I might have damaged my hip I had done but fortunately all was good 👌👌🥰♥️. I am so happy and thankful to hear that you were ok Norma take care and stay safe lovely ladies ❤❤❤❤

Glad to hear u are A okay Norma and i totally innerstand how u feel , my papa did the same but outside the snow while comin out the co op, a nice big young fella picked him up, he started stayinh in for a while after but we got him going again and he was still driving at 93 till he passed so keep gping Norma u CAN DO IT 💯💯💯, big hug from our Family to yours, stay safe ❤
