If the vast majority of the community is white and Asian you can't blame them for having the vast majority of their characters white and Asian. Yeah, the beauty standards in Asia like pale skin which is racist, but I cannot really criticize it because its their culture not ours, if we want to experience their culture we cannot expect them to change it for our standards. The reason there is little representation is because people like to draw and see their own race, this is pretty universal, and I don't think its racists its just kind of being part of human, liking what is part of your tribe and what represents you. The more people of other races join the community, that representation will follow accordingly.

Their beauty standart is more of a preference, which is influenced by the people you meet so i think it shouldn't be considdered racist.
